That will give you an opportunity to ask me any immediate questions which I shall do my best to answer, as well as give me an idea of what it is you have in mind, and on what date to be sure I can be available. But, you're not expected to make a decision right away.
There is a fee of £65 payable for the initial face to face meet up. This is for anywhere inside a 20 mile radius of Tenterden, Kent, where I am based. Any distance over will incur an additional charge of 50 pence per mile. This meeting cost is payable in advance but if, in the week that follows, you confirm a booking with me by signing and returning the terms and conditions, the amount of £65 paid will be deducted from the total fee for the ceremony you are planning.
If after meeting you decide I’m not the right person to help you this becomes a one-off cost which is non-refundable.
When the terms and conditions are signed, a deposit representing 30% of the total cost due will be required. The balance remaining would need to be paid in full no later than 14 days before the date of the ceremony or, where the service provided is to produce a Funeral / Memorial Preplan, no later than 14 days before the date agreed for delivery.
If at any point you cancel the booking the deposit would be non-refundable.
After the initial consultation I will draft a ceremony, send it to you, then amend it as often as necessary in line with the communications we have in follow up, at no extra charge.
Any journey outside of a 20 mile radius of Tenterden, Kent, where I am based, would normally incur an additional charge of 50 pence per mile.
